General conditions of sale

of cizerofitmethod.shop (hereinafter Ci.Zero Fit Method) sells and delivers the items in Italy.

By placing an order on www.cizerofitmethod.shop the Customer declares to have read and accepted the terms and conditions of sale described on this page.

The website www.cizerofitmethod.shop is owned by Pink Fit srl VAT number 03958730982 with registered office in Brescia (BS).

SHIPMENTS TO ITALY:

Orders are processed within 72 hours, barring unforeseen circumstances or product promotion days.

During promotional periods, due to the high number of orders, preparation and shipping times may be delayed and vary from 4 to 6 working days.

Delivery costs in Italy are €5.90 for each order of less than €49.99. For all orders starting from €50.00, shipping is free.
Orders placed after 5pm are to be considered as if placed the following day.

All orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

• CI.Zero Fit Method, following your purchase, will send you an email that your order is confirmed and you will subsequently receive an email with shipping notification.
• To ensure the quality of the service, please carefully enter your complete shipping address, including the house number.

To ensure you receive the products you ordered quickly and avoid delays and stock, we recommend that you:

• Indicate an address where someone is always present to receive the package (with a precise postal code and a telephone number that someone can always answer).
• Write on the shipping address: the surname on the doorbell. If the courier cannot find the name, it sends the package to storage or to the sender indicating it as an "incorrect or incomplete address". If you want to receive the package at a company, we invite you to also enter this data in the address, to make it more complete.

Stock

If a package goes into storage due to an incorrect or incomplete address or an absent recipient after the second delivery attempt and 5 days in storage included, we reserve the right to return the package to our warehouse, refunding the purchase net of VAT , and net of storage and shipping costs.

If the customer wishes to receive the order returned to the sender, he will have to bear the costs of storage of the first shipment and shipping of the second.

The products sold on the website www.cizerofitmethod.shop are subject to changes in availability. You can only add products actually in stock to your cart.
In the event that the ordered item is no longer available, we avail ourselves of the right to cancel the request received, re-crediting any amounts paid.

CI.Zero Fit Method reserves the right to confirm or modify the prices of the products published in its e-commerce at any time.

Damaged package

If the courier delivers you a visibly damaged package (broken, wet), please do not accept it. Otherwise we will not be able to proceed with the refund.

If you receive damaged goods, please let us know within 3 working days.
