RETURNS and REFUND
Pursuant to the Consumer Code, the Customer can exercise the right to reconsider within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods purchased online, bearing the shipping costs for the return. For the purposes of refunding the product, the package must be returned intact and in its original packaging.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
To return purchased items within 14 working days from delivery of the goods, the Customer must contact customer service via the address hello@cizerofitmethod.com , indicating the order number placed on the online site and the request for a refund or possible replacement.
The costs of sending the product to be returned by the Customer to CI.Zero Fit Method are borne by the Customer.
The right to reconsider cannot be exercised:
- on opened and used products
- goods returned after the deadline for exercising the right to reconsider
YOU CHANGE
Products purchased online can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving them. In this case, the shipping costs of the return and those of the product that replaces the returned one are borne by the Customer. The products must be returned in their original packaging.
